My Name is Kevin Dustow and I reside in New Zealand. I have been on a Christian journey for many years which has taken me around the world as a Pastor and missionary. At the present time I travel ministering where opportunities open up. During this journey I have experianced and learnt many things. Some of them have been an eye opener to me. I have had to struggle with certain beliefs I had held for many years and now find not scriptual but rather traditions or teaching passed down without much of a biblical basis. I have had to struggle with myself to change what I once thought was truth. I have seen how some churches attitudes change when one challenges their beliefs and seen how “real” christians react when you confront them. I have seen many churches talk about love, forgiveness, restoration later to find out they are mere “words” and not convictions. I have experianced rejection from churches and people I have had strong relationships with in the past. Thankfully this has made my relationship with God stronger but I have become cautious with churches and christians as to what their real motive is.

The reason for me writing these blogs is to pass on what I have experianced and learnt. There may be those reading this who disagree with what the content will be. The blogs are not a critisim of anybody or anything but my journey. From the reactions I have had I know that those who have been hurt and spiritually abused by churches, leadership and christians will have an understanding of what I am saying.

I just hope that by reading my thoughts and hearing about my journey that many may be helped and not give up on God.
